There's difference in how his body looks, and I would go with what other replies said, that he may be thinner because he doesn't hunt demons in this au and villain brother & bihwan... Aren't they a bit shorter? Because now they're humans maybe?
Moreover I feel like drawing style might have shifted a bit, characters look smaller to me in general.
