In regards of the recent event of the reading list disappearance, I have noticed that on my main account my list has been partially restored. So if you’re worried don’t be. According to a developer they are currently working to restore the lists, starting from older users.
Edit: apparently the developer coming forward was a troll, but don’t be discouraged, the lists are slowly being restored.
