I'm sorry but I will always be annoyed at the art style change... I get that maybe the author wanted to show how they got better at drawing but that rugged art style is one of the two things that made manga really stand out back when it came out in 2016!! I don't even need the vol 1 level of rugged back but at least don't make them look THAT pretty vol 2-8's masculine but neat artstyle was perfect like I really don't get it.... I will continue to love the other thing that made me love the manga (the writing) but damn is it disappointing :/
artists often change their styles along the way the more the draw especially for someone whos been drawing for so long. ichikawa sensei must've put a lot of effort into improving their art, and saying that it's "disappointing" is so rude ._. this is such a non issue

bro the mangaka is never seeing my comment on this manga translation site where people post pirated content LOL Anyways this wasn't just skill improvement, this was a purposeful style change & like I said they're free to do what they want with their work but I personally don't like it. It's fine for me to say that somewhere it will never be seen by the creators.
I somewhat agree, personally I think Motochika looks perfect BUT Natsuki used to look more masculine in the face. Specifically his eyes were more skated and cat-like and now they’re bigger and a bit more feminine lookingthat’s the part that gets me.
