So right now she's 5yo and can't get back to her 20yo body cause she's subconsciously rejecting being an adult because she wanted to "grow up" with her new family.
But after she got the fairy crown, she had a growth spurt and became 15 yo and decided to stay that way.

She's the youngest but due to time travel, she became the oldest sibling. Her being 5yo should have been her real age.
