most of the time i just put it in my to-read section. getting back at it after several months with a different mindset might make a change IMO.
If the plot is litterally bad from the beginning, I drop it. If it became bad or just disappointing, I'll continue reading it to see if it gets better again or just to see how it will end from then. In any case, I might read it again once completed to get a second opinion.
