Sorry, but there's something I really hate about historical manhwa, when male characters power trip the female characters, forcing them to do things that are against their will just because they want to. FLs usually don't have any rest to refuse them simply because of their status or they are just powerful...
This isn't just a historical story problem its a problem across the board. They can always find a way to force someone. It is a problem with the Yandere, villain, or overbearing romantic interest trope. Honestly I haaaaaaaaaaaaaaate it so much. As much as I like yandere characters sometimes I draw the line at treating the other person as an object and not a person with their own thoughts and opinions. Probably why I have a soft spot for yanderes who know where the line is. They may want to cross it and think about it but they always put the wellbeing of their partner first and control their impulses.
