I just reread it for the 2nd time…what a story…what a masterpiece…
So, The rltnship between papa and potato was actually supposed to be romantic in the original concept of this story! But we all know how much strict china’s law is and how many authors got jailed for making bl too, and that’s why the author decided to make it in this way - it’s like a censorship to their rltn. But that was the original concept, now it’s just a one sided crush. And also Papa actually didn’t raise potato, Potato was taken by his mom when he was still little and they couldn’t meet at all until potato started to go to college or like when he become a young adult, that’s when they met again! So between this two timeline that we see, papa and puppy weren’t together at all…But Papa still see puppy as his little son, it’s only Potato who loves Papa romantically. And unfortunately the paid readers especially from china, actually loves the rltn between papa and potato more, that’s why there’s demands too. Personally I still see them as papa and son, And the only ship I wanna see is between Blue and Yellow!!!

I had read long ago when I had first started reading bl…it was like my 6th or 7th bl
lol of course it was a dream…but my point is still the same that the top is also very freaky just like the bottom, that’s why they match each other so well
So…the bottom kinda reminds me of Luka idk why…And if u all know Luka, then u may know that the reason Luka manipulates others and do all those things on stage is bcoz that’s the only place where he can be in control and do anything he wants…bcoz in other times he have to live his life with rules with regulations under his alien guardian’s controls. So, my theory is that the Bottom probably lives a very strict life with many expectations from others too. As it was said, he had achievements so much in a very young age, so maybe he is always so pressured? And if I remember correctly it was said that he had hurt his leg bfr too…so when the first time he got hurt and got a month off, maybe it was like the first time he got such a long rest and he wanted to live like how he wants..So he probably deliberately hurt his leg again to get another month of vacation….And I am not saying these out of nowhere…In chapter 32, the bottom was looking kinda annoyed with how the top was telling him not to do this and that, like even he(top) is trying to control him(bottom)…And yeah he is probably mentally wracked from his childhood, probably out of neglect…We have seen how little things he has in his room, he doesn’t even have proper food to eat. But well these are just theories only…I am really so curious to know the truth!
I had started reading it completely randomly without ever knowing anything about it…and it really turns out to be one of the most beautifully written BL I have read…what a masterpiece…
