While I get everyone is angry at the director it should only be up to an actor to say whether they can go on or not. Dohu doesn’t the right to say whether juheon can keep going- especially with his job on crew. He can have concern as a friend ofc but the director knows dohu treats juheon some typa and it’s clear he’s not a fan.
More importantly dohu obviously blaming (I can’t remember his name) the other actor guy by looking at him the way he did does make sense but there’s no proof cuz someone else could have put that bucket there- I’m just saying
I will use a different analogy. Let's say you are a trainer and you see the athlete is looking unwell. You tell the head coach that it might be best for the athlete to forfeit and rest, but the athlete insists of playing, so the head coach gives a go. If the athlete ends up busting their knee and their sporting career is over because of this, then who is responsible? It's probably easy to just blame the athlete for being reckless or the head coach for adhering to the athlete, but if the trainer never actually brings this up even though they know, then they aren't entirely blameless.
This is why I believe it's right for Dohu to be concerned of Juheon or anyone in the same position. After all, if you suspect foul play, it's best to bring it up then regret not saying anything at all. It's not like Dohu is still arguing after Juheon insisted he was fine. The director on the other hand overreated. She could just ask Juheon's opinion first and go with that instead of chiding Dohu in front of everyone for being biased and threatening to kick him off. Nobody likes working in hostile environment. As the one on the top, she clearly sucks at leading the team.
