No, but consider her dad wiped out his family. The kindness she showed him left a big impression on him. I’m sure over time he me kept thinking she was awesome and above the oppression he face when unifying his kingdom. So the ribbon had more meaning for him. As for a FL she was just acting as she usually does and saw nothing of it. Poor Havel.
