I heard that from novel readers that it the novel, Yoojin is described to have a cute or baby face though because of his low rank, people consider his face average unlike other ranks that are higher than him. I dunno maybe I'm wrong, but if that was really the case then I don't think there's anything wrong if he looks like a twink if that's how the artist and illustrator think what his description meant.
I think he's just kind of ugly/average, were just too used to seeing chiselled jaws square shoulders foxy eyes and thick eyebrows. He has an average face and an average build. His face is mature. He just has bigger eyes
