To be honest, I think the people in the comments don't understand Chase's characters or haven't read the story properly. Isn't calling him "overdramatic" a bit too much? I mean, put yourself in Chase's position. Imagine experiencing everything he went through, especially the trauma caused by his own family. The Miller family is no joke at all. That amount of pressure could realistically push someone into a very dark mental state, wouldn't it? Or would you rather see someone carrying that much trauma take it out on other people and let others suffer or get killed? Y'all judging his actions through the lens of his past experiences rather than expecting him to react as if nothing happened.
Bet some of the peps in here would rather see the ml taking it all out of his problem on that one person, might as well kill or abuse that one person too. "Dramatic" ahh
