uMM I just saw the raws for #28 Case of Onodera and I think what happened was Onodera met up with Nao but Takano didn’t find out till they met him on the street in the rain and then some more forced sex scenes (since I don’t know Japanese), it really felt like the storm after calm if you know what I mean...I mean Onodera woke up with bruises on both his wrists because Takano was so forceful and mad that night (he also wasn’t there in the morning) leaving a sad Onodera. I wish I knew what he was thinking. Is he mad or sorry at Takano? Is he sad that they seem to have taken yet another step backwards in their relationship? Will Takano give up on him because he realized that his love for Onodera has now turned to actual physical abuse? Idk where it’s gonna go from now on but the only hope I have left is that at the end, it said once again “26 days till Onodera falls (completely) in love”. Shungiku Nakamura sensei has never had something like this (I think) happen in any of her BL mangas, but I’m putting my faith in her that Takano and Onodera will have a happy ending.

This is personal speculation, but I don't think so. They both hurt each other (Ritsu emotionally, Takano physically) but my guess is that Takano is starting to feel hopeless. Ritsu continues to actively reject him, and like he said in the past, if he really didn't hate him then he shouldn't say he does because it hurts him. I think that Ritsu's recent dismissal of Takano's key, which means he rejects the idea of living with Takano, together with Ritsu's (unwilling) permission for Nao to share his apartment (especially knowing how Nao feels) made Takano snap first, and then go cold. Ritsu's sadness at the end of the chapter has to do with the fact that he understood that just like Takano's family made him make that unhappy face in the past, Takano is showing that face again - and yet, he left breakfast for Ritsu and a note telling him to eat and take care of himself. So I don't think he's 100% mad. I think he's getting tired.
