I realised a lot of authors make their main characters- specifically the male leads-- in universe homphobic. What's normalised in Omegaverse? An alpha-omega couple. Beta-beta couples. All males leads may 'fool' around with betas but they consider omegas their soulmates. Grayson says "You are just a beta" as a throwaway comment but it's also inherently whatever passes for homphobic in an omegaverse.
