Hmmm I think it would be hard for the two characters to get married because Miura still wants sex from Jun. Which goes back to what you said earlier on, when you wrote how Miura needs to get educated on LGBTQIA+ to be actual ally of the community. Since, she still is pushing for a romantic straight relationship with a known gay man, which sorta calls back to what she said at the end of chapter 1 where she said she doesn't think real life gay people exist. and then at the end of ch 8 where she literally likened gay people to the alien BL characters in her manga. So, yeah I agree Miura needs to get educated so that can she stop fetishizing gay people and ignoring the option where she can be supportive of Jun as an ally instead of being in a straight romantic partnership with him. Because obviously, Jun fondly cares for her in his own way, just not romantically like what she wants.
Yeah, I mean, hopefully the story ends with Jun learning that he doesn't have to conform to Heteronormativity and that Prefectural partnership systems exists in Japan. As well as learn that IVF and surrogates exist if he can't adopt children in Japan.
Here's to hoping the author-san doesn't pull a whole - he's confused and was straight all along card. I mean the writing is already sorta problematic because the author literally used pedophilia interchangeably with gay. Literally the gay community irl has spoken out against generalizations of the gay community (eg, hookup culture and predatory behavior). So yeah, I agree the old 'lover' dude that uses Jun for sex is predatory and is absolute trash.
All in all, i'm praying the author to give the characters justice and does not do readers dirty, but idk. Because ultimately this is the author's story and they will make the final decision.

Oof that sounds like a trainwreck of a manga, its storylines like those where I'm totally cool with encouraging people into dropping the series if the plot is utter trash, and there's no redemption arc that can save it.
The way I see it, its better to utilize your freetime for series that have better storylines and activities than trash plot.
