Uhm, how and where do I start the spoil?
1. Navier and Sovieshu are empress and emperor, and was bethrothed since they were small. However, after they got married, Navier didn't get pregnant and believed that it was something poisonous that she ate when she was young.
2. Due to Navier's condition, Sovieshu got and brought in their palace a naive young woman named Rashta, and was pregnant with his child. Rashta acted soooo close and called Navier her sister, which Navier really despised Rashta's existence. Navier got hurt, ofc, with Sovieshu's decision and some of her actions, like something made Rashta angry, led to her husband's decision to divorce their marriage.
3. Here's one of the plot twist, Heinrey, an emperor to another kingdom, had a romantic feeling to Navier. He helped her and offered her hand to marry her once she and Sovieshu got divorced.
4. On the day of divorce, Navier requested the high priest to allow her to remarry. That's the time she accepted Heinrey's offer to be his wife and empress. And ofc, Sovieshu didn't allow it. He's a mthrfckr and jealous cunt. He didn't want to let Navier to go to Heinrey's empire as she was a citizen to his empire. He went in to different lengths to not let her go, but Heinrey ofc, do things Sovieshu did not expect. Heinrey also brought Navier's family because Sovieshit will use her family due to her decision.
5. Fast forward. Navier arrived in Heinrey's kingdom, settled in, and got married. People in his kingdom somehow doubted her since she's from other kingdom and no less than a divorced empress. Anyway, she did her best to win the people's heart and trust.
6. Going back to Sovieshu, after Navier's successful escape, he married Rashta, however, she was not declared as empress and became like a second runer up. Rashta hated the idea and always acts like a child, in which Sovieshu did not give her any attention anymore like before.
7. As naive and gullible as Rashta, she was manipulated by Duke Ergi to the point that led her to her downfall and got prisoned. I actually don't remember a lot about her, but I pity her. She had a poor background and all she wants was love. She actually had a first born child with an heir of a countdom, however, she was kicked out by the count, the father of her lover. Actually, her lover was sooo in love with her and loves their child however she was corrupted and choose Sovieshu instead because of his power.
8. Rashta actually gave birth to her 2nd child, whom Sovieshu believed that the baby was his. But it was revealed that the baby was not his, but a child she bore with her ex-lover. It was also revealed that Sovieshu is incapable of getting pregnant because he was actually the one ate the poisonous cookie, instead of Navier. He became crazy, crying, and regretting all his decision that led his marriage to Navier go to end. He got an accident that made him have an amnesia and only remembers the years before he and Navier are in love ro each other.
9. Going back to Navier. SHE'S FINALLY PREGNANT!!
10. Sovieshu decided to recuperate to Heinrey and Navier's kingdom with an excuse that he was a patient. To make the story short, no matter he did to bring back Navier, it was wayyyyyy tooooo lateeee. Navier is already soooo in love with Heinrey. So he went back to his kingdom, devastated, which led him to some sort of mental problem. But not really worse, just need time to heal. So he decided to make Navier's father as a king regent to his empire while he recuperates.
11. NAVIER GOT TWINS, a Boy and a Girl.
12. Heinrey by the way has a magical power and can turn himself to a bird. Which their babies can turn to a baby chick as well. Navier also have powers.
13. Although broken, Sovieshu still supported Navier and her decision. He decided not to intervene anymore and just keep on healing. As impotent, he decided to have one of his relative to be the next emperor but was afraid of him because of his dark demeanor.
14. It was also revealed that Dule Ergi, the one who Rashta trusted and manipulated her, shared his story why he used Rashta and broke her that led her to her death. He has also a complicated background and became friends with Heinrey. And I think he also used it as an opportunity to separate Navier and Sovieshu because he knew his friend, Heinrey, is into Navier.
Anyway, I don't want to include some side character's story. But if you want to read, it's better to read it before the live drama will start. I guess the manhwa is not yet finished here, and it was more on side story.
