No it was a time skip where the top came from military and now in college
Assuming bc the fan translation was only 2 chaps ahead, they’re just letting raws catch up bc it doesn’t make sense to clean and translate the new chapters when the officials will be out 2 weeks later. Then there aren’t double uploads either
