This is where I'm currently at,
So when the time comes after 1 year of the contract, Van hesitates to give Dia to his grandma (also the man on the phone isn't connected to his grandma and that he's a spy for another faction, and his name is Wayne). One of the instructions on the final day was that Van drug Dia to make him fall asleep so that he won't fight when they get him. But when Van had already made him asleep, he regrets it and that he wanted to escape with Dia instead.
But sh*t happens and the ones that are there to get Dia goes earlier than the time they said they'd come. So Van has no plan whatsoever and they ended up capturing Dia and burned the whole house down :)
So far I'm currently suffering for the both of them rn
