Kerzi asked a question

I am trying to find the welcomic or manhwa were we mostly follow a male MC. He is pretending to be a party boy with low morals so that he can not be considered for inheriting the family’s company. The older brother ss time goes own shows his true colors as a manipulative crazy jerk, even putting his brother in the hospital. But before that, our MC enters an agreement with the ML to be in a fake relationship. ML then no longer has to entertain arranged marriage talks from a grandfather or dad? But then drama enters their life, ML believes MC is paranoid about his brother, ML’s friend also was trying to investigate MC’s drug use too

Kerzi like topic of Mr.A's Farm

i see a lot of people are confused with what’s going on so i thought i’d try to explain what’s happening. i’ll also cite chapters so you guys can follow along if it comes confusing. i might over explain every detail so i apologize !!

G, Glenn, is a former researcher from the center. he is the junior researcher of Q, Quentin. he was reassigned to Mr A’s Farm sometime before Mr A disappeared. in chapter 24, we are told that Glenn is actually the one who created the hybrids and his first test subject that he infected was M2, Milo — the son of Milton. Milo was also the patient of Kendrick, who worked at the same hospital where Milo was admitted (do you see the connections?).

throughout season 1, Glenn consistently has adverse reactions to the human livestock exhibiting animal-like behaviors (Kendrick laying eggs, Milton being milked, etc). however, in chapter 24, this unease escalates into outright rage when Glenn witnesses the human livestock growing comfortable in their dual existence as both animal and human. some farmhands stop wearing items that covers their ears, hooves, tails, etc and tells Glenn they don’t need a cure anymore and they like how things are.

Glenn begins to blame Little A, whose treatment of the farmhands as ordinary people, rather than as “patients” or “mistakes” has allowed them to accept their condition. Glenn resolves to “fix” what he believes he should have ended long ago. his solution is extreme, to kill Little A. as he originally kicked out Mr. A and attempted to drive Little A away so he could focus solely on developing a cure to return the farmhands, especially Quentin, to “normal” as the cure is his atonement for creating the hybrids in the first place.

Quentin stops Glenn from killing Little A in front of Milo and gently coaxes him to go back to his lab, which Glenn does in a daze. upon remembering that Quentin has the syringe and his conditioning compels him to keep “helping” others, even when that help turns violent, Glenn runs out to find where Little A and Quentin is as he’s afraid Quentin will end up killing Little A, which is not what he was actually trying to do. Glenn also reveals that he has to ‘break the love’ Quentin has for humans through violence, physical harm, isolation or verbal abuse. otherwise, the conditioning imposed by the Quentin Project will only intensify.

Glenn finds Little A and NPC talking. NPC reveals that Mr. A came back to the farm and told Little A that his uncle said Little A should be sent far away from the farm. Quentin shows up and stabs NPC in the neck while Glenn narrates that Quentin is completely insane and is designed to experience compassion that goes beyond the ordinary human aka he’s a psychopath. Quentin then tells Little A that he’d help him become the farm manager as they’re the only ones in the world that can understand each other because they’re the only two who survived the Quentin Project.

Little A (real name currently unknown) and Q (Quentin - pig-human hybrid) are the two last surviving members of the Quentin Project. the Quentin Project was a correctional program to help people who have ASPD (antisocial personality disorder) assimilate into society by managing behaviors and thought patterns deemed harmful or maladaptive. people who are diagnosed with ASPD have symptoms of disregarding others, impulsivity, lack of remorse or empathy, and aggressiveness (this is what google told me, i am NOT a psychologist or psychiatrist).

because individuals with ASPD are commonly characterized as lacking empathy and remorse, the Quentin Project attempts to “correct” this by conditioning its subjects to exhibit compassion. however, this ‘compassion’ is not genuine empathy. it manifests as an overwhelming, compulsive need to be useful and to serve others, even against the subject’s own desires. the effects of this conditioning are clearly shown through Little A. across multiple chapters, he is excessively eager, even obsessive i might argue, to assist Milton (milking) and Kendrick (laying eggs), to the point that he overrides their boundaries and disregards their consent. sometimes he even mentions that he doesn’t know what comes over his body and ‘blacks out’, similarly to Quentin telling Glenn that his body isn’t ‘forcing him to help others’. Little A even mentions that his parents kept him away from society and homeschooled him (chapter 12), how his parents never let him raise animals (chapter 5), and even has a flashback of him as a child sitting with a lamb with fur around him, alluding that he was plucking fur from the animal (chapter 11).

if you need me to explain anything else, please ask and i’ll try my best!!

Gotta love when brothers understand the assignment “if he’s right there, punch him for me *voice of mincheol comes over the phone “ACK!!”

Didn’t even notice the artists drawing of their ears, and how anyone who is a fighter or was a fighter had the cauliflower ear. Had to look it up because I didn’t get it.

But then it didn’t become anything. Disappointing

Ok I still don’t get it, I know he had no choice but to end up with the guy who murdered your parents? Still so messed up. I thought maybe the ending would be better than it was.

Ok maybe there’s another person who looks similar? Wouldn’t put it past the author on this story tbh it seems like the route to go if by chance the guy our MC ends up with is not the biggest psycho in the room.

My out of pocket theory is if by some chance this is a guy that looks like Ji then he either obsesses over Ji or he obsesses over MC.

Again I would not be surprised if I am wrong
