MC Seonwoo got switched from "game world" with the one we see in chap 61 when they were 9yo.
MC somehow got to switch back 20y later and the story follows till he dies and Jehee choose to turn back time.
He thought he was from non-game world whereas he was in fact just returning to his og world.
Guess the switching world got triggered by the completion of the game.
The screen chap61 Seonwoo sees is just the system preparing to switch both Seonwoo again, supposedly after the turning back since the news says Jehee isn't in a relationship with Sora (different from the news at the beginning of the story so probably a different path created by Jehee after turning back for Seonwoo)

The hunter world is a game created by the company owned by Jehee in the og world/chap61 world
The game characters were designed after real life people (aka Jehee, Chorok, Taera, etc.) by Dongmae (if i'm not wrong)
