I actually think he can’t every time he gets close to telling, his brother words echo in his head and he’s unable to speak for a bit. I think his brother use a compulsion technique on him. He could not even get it out for the doc his brother’s voice came again. But this is just my opinion.

It's one hell of ride. If u're into angst, slight dubcon, porn with plot/feelings, but rlly good storyline, then go read it. Some of the comments are just being dramatic lol.
