It confirmed all my previous thoughts about Nanjo; that he was pining for Mokyeonie, dying to see him again and be in his arms. He tried to wash that thought away, desperately though. It was with the hospitalization incident that probably made him reconsider and realise that he can't miss the chance to let MK away..
Yeah people be twisting themselves saying they've changed but if you reread it's obvious that Nanjo tried testing the waters with Mok even in s1. It was Mokyeon who kept saying "dw I'll get bored soon" or doing things that broke Nanjo's trust so of course Nanjo couldn't commit to him or their relationship because Mokyeon was so hot and cold, kept saying one thing and doing another and was basically all over the place. Now Mokyeon has finally opened his heart, revealed his motivations and isn't hiding things from Nanjo anymore. It's no wonder Nanjo jumped at the opportunity because he must've missed him a lot too. I just hope he'll verbalize those feelings too somehow so that Mokyeon can feel a bit more secure and start to heal.
