Like I felt bad for Hawks in this chapter, cause he practically lost his “power” and he was raised to become what he is to that day. I know he killed Twice, I felt very conflicted when that happened cause man there are a good amount of people that were charmed by Twice which includes me of course. It’s just awhile back, I don’t remember which chapter, it’s already too late for spoilers,....
......but didn’t Hawks went over to Best Jeanist house to ‘kill’ him & bring his dead body to Dabi?!?! That’s why I’m conflicted, that’s all, I’m just throwing out my opinion, I don’t mind what others think. (●￣(ｴ)￣●)

Dolce Dream is definitely better at scanning & translating this story. Chapters 23 - 24 that have been posted have been rather confusing and messy compared to ch. 25 posted by Dolce Dream. That’s my honest opinion and criticism, I would rather wait patiently for chapters that are done cleanly and thoroughly.

Summary of chapter 1: Miki is kissed by Kashiwa (older) and the two were spotted by chiaki teru. Chiaki teru was looking for kashiwa (older) to ask about his brother kashiwa (younger). Kashiwa (younger) is friends with chiaki teru. He recently got a gf and has been negligent of chiaki teru and friends. Miki and Chiaki meet at this abandoned building and fight. Each has their own angst and they recognize it, that's the start of their relationship.
I do hope you give this manga a chance, I was like you, I had trouble understanding this manga. But now that I've came back, I just absolutely love it. It's topped my list for best manga all time. The characterization is phenomenal and I absolutely adore every character here.
╥﹏╥ Bruh this is gonna hurt, Hawks made the right choice to use Twice as an inside scoop of what was going on to warn the heroes about the Liberation Army. IT STILL SUCKS THOUGH CAUSE TWICE IS TOO PRECIOUS (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ & high key wanna see what Twice will do in the end!
There is suppose to be a 5th chapter that wasn’t it, even if it’s labeled the 5th one it’s literally all the extras for that volume. The 5th chapter includes what happens with the so called “beta” glasses dude with Tsugumi in the locker room. Soooo why was it skipped over?
i wanna know too :( times like this i wish this series was licensed but then it would get dropped and we'd have to wait 5 years just to get back to the missing chpt.
i did digging and megutsugu is serialized in https://renta.papy.co.jp/renta/sc/frm/search?series=Qpa
and the last chpt was labelled as chpt 16 and from volume 108-kyun. which released on Dec 20 of last year, and volume 3 was released in February of THIS year. meaning all the chpts serialized QPA that year (2020) should be in volume 3. that means that chpt SHOULD be in there. chpt 16 is the concluding chpt and the extras are what involves the Dads and their relationship. i looked up samples on renta and volume 3 is chpts 12-16. meaning the actual chpt 5 of vol3 or chpt 16 in the series was skipped and instead what got translated were the Extra chpts that are only shown in the tankoubon/manga volume released in feb. so i guess mystery solved, and that just leaves the question of whether CTO will fix it or not. i mean they are working for free so they arent required to do so but i really hate seeing this much confusion and misinformation going on about whats in volume 3 vs 4. like people dont know that these chpts are released over the span of a year in manga anthologies before a new volume is published in the next year. so a volume 4 wont be out before 2022 or later but the chpts that will be collected into volume 4 can show up as early as this summer. altho so far Mitsuru's name hasnt appeared in QPA since 2020 so she's prob still just resting (which is good!).
Idk. I’ve read the 3rd volume in Spanish translations, which is recommended in the comment section, and there was a 5th chapter. Containing the aftermath of what happened with the so called “beta” and Tsumugi in the locker room, where Megumi enters and saves Tsugumi from getting assaulted....etc. I don’t want to spoil it since I’ve already read it from a Spanish translation group.
