I can't remember too well but the premise is about, in one life, the ML is madly in love with MC but she didn't reciprocate his feelings and despises him. And on another life, it's the opposite - It's the MC madly in love with ML (they're even a king and queen) but ML hates her in this life. And then suddenly the ML's personality changes and he now loves MC. Turns out it's now the ML from the 1st life occupying the body of the ML in this 2nd life, so of course, romance ensues since they now feel the same towards each other in this life.
