Their relationship had all the keystones to be a hopelessly fluffy high school romance, but all the misunderstandings really hurt to read. Though I do get why, with them still being children and the MC being not only alone since he was 5 but also stuck in a hospital for the majority of his life, I would be pessimistic and overthink everything as well. I still wanted to jump in and explain to him why he was wrong lol. I don't blame either MC or ML, they are unfortunately stuck in a angst lover's manhwa xD It was inevitable.
