Arihara doesn't say "So 'president' is a little..." to belittle Hanashiro. Arihara is a humble polite man. What he says is "I assume the president of this company is a woman".
I would definitely buy it if Sublime reworked their translation. But it's been 10 years since they published this, so it's hopeless.
