Like besides the recent lack of communication... the fact that in the past (Vol. 2 Chp. 8) Shinobu didn't see anything wrong with not contacting Hikaru for 4 days... Like damnit man shoot a text saying you're sick and need some time to recover!! Or Hikaru, ask how he's doing; you're not gonna seem desperate T_T
