Haesoo is one of the fictional characters i despite the most, maybe because he is so realistic.
Because he find every excuses to guilt trip everyone around him and explain what he did.
Yes his pass is horrible and no one deserve to go through that. However trying to kill a young girl without and acting like it was nothing more than a mere causality, and spending more time playing the victim, blaming everyone else, guilt tripping the victim and those around instead of giving proper apology. To me he really did nothing that made him forgivable.
A resistant can be a resistant that fought for his country, and a loset of a man at the same time. That is literally what he is to me.

You do not forgive or exuse soldiers when they kill kids during war
