Not only did she not, she actively chose to give birth to him because she felt it wasn't fair to the child even though she despises the father, she raised it herself for a time until it started to look like it's father and then she passed it to a close friend to take care of it since she couldn't anymore until Wilhelm (and the king/emperor) decided to be toxic AF and order that she return the child on the grounds that it has imperial blood and then rape her for 3 days since he couldn't talk her into a relationship
