He might have understood that Chanwoo does have feelings for him, although he still hasn't realized it. He is using the other sub to get Chanwoo jelous. He has no intention of letting Chanwoo go, nor to take Seunghoon as his sub.
I honestly hate every and each one of the characters. The bottom is literally lying to himself about what he wants. The top is simply a sociopath and the teacher is a scum.
