Theres a lot going on in this, but the main thing: why do they all have four ears???
I guess because this setting wasnt a natural omegaverse but a world wherein humans intentionally crossbred themselves with animals as a solution to the problems of low birth rate and low population. So, the human ears were kind of a remnant from the time before the crossbreeding? is what I think.
