In the final panel Wooyeon clearly said “How’d you know that I was alone”, and that’s him secretly questioning how DOHYUN knew that he was home alone that day when Wooyeon’s phone was broken and had no way in contacting him while being in a house with NOBODY ELSE other than himself. We are SO CLOSE to the truth being revealed and that’s where the angst begins..

Wooyeon is devastated and breaks up with Dohyun after that because to Wooyeon everyone he’s ever known about are always people hired by his mom to watch over him and basically control him so him finding out that Dohyun was another person who was hired to spy on him just becomes a breaking point for Wooyeon because he thought that Dohyun was different from the rest.
