okay i understand the person posting this "explained" the hair but they really didn't??
the hair color feels extremely inconsistent, those images in the first few chapters also feel inconsistent,
i don't care if it's a spoiler i want an Actual explanation

also i just prefer him with white hair, i think he looks really cool as J, that black mask in contrast to his white hair looks awesome, so i'm very sad to see that for some reason he might have only gained this white hair After entering the west sea rift (forgive me if i miss remembered the name)
From what I remember in the early chapters J said he dyed his hair to avoid being recognized. That's about his prevouis white her and his current black hair. Was there any other hair color?
ok, the hair. his hair color is originally brown/black, it only turned white when he was stuck in the rift cuz of massive stress. after getting out of the rift, he dyes it back to black cuz it stands out too much.
What other people said + the dye doesn't seem to stick to the hair, making it turn weirdly grey and he has to dye it often to avoid that

They never explained it before so it was really confusing
I think he never really talks about his hair color change because not even he knows what happened? His hair ends up getting explained later in the story (I read the novel)
