I keep hearing about the author being anti-China and I was hoping it's exaggerated, but looks like it isn't. I hope this current arc is over soon, because I was otherwise enjoying the story. The way China's depicted like some comic book villain is extremely distracting. If the author swapped the US and China's roles in the story it would be a little more realistic, but even the US isn't that comically evil lol

Not only china, but the author is anti japan as well (as a filo i agree with the author lowkey lol)
In the novel, they are the 2 "evil countries", US is his more recurring allies (he saved gerald from dying)
China is so evil that they made another terrorist attack, and Kozak came to china to kill all the leaders together(by using the same bomb they tried to use)
Tho there was a scene where rajiks saved the prime minister, but that prime minister lost the election bc he wants to have a good relation with sokor.
And after clearing flr 100, eventually Bong REMOVED Japan's tower bc they didn't do their parts of the deal

I haven't seen the anti-Japan stuff yet so I dunno how bad it is, I guess I'll find out one day. But that China sending agents to launch terrorist attacks is so comically out of reality. I can't believe there's gonna be a second one. Like when was the last time China bombed another country???
This is really really good! Not sure why the rating is so low when it's this good.
