I feel like I'm in the minority since I really dislike Grayson lol
Bro's so spoiled and I really dislike that he doesn't take the fire station gig seriously. He's the one who used his father's influence to forcefully buy his way into the fire station, and now he wants to burn it down just because he's bored?? I really hope there's character development because that's too unlikeable haha
I feel like this story isn't for you then, cause I think from some people's spoiler.. he doesn't really change? (Not sure) Tho he does loves Dane wholeheartedly, which for me it's all I want really
I mean psycho characters have their own charm you know
He just acts like he changed so he doesn't make Dane angry. He will not have a character development. Catchable
He changes and starts feeling guilty and stuff too? Idk where u felt that he literally voluntarily apologised to people he hurt because he understood how feeling pain and hurt feels like and it was bad for other people that growth. I think you never truly understood Grayson be was trying his best

I think you didn't understand Grayson's notion when he means 'what will Dane do?' that's what's called growth he is trying to see it from a different persons perspective who he thinks is correct. I like Grayson character development a lot he had such endeavours and ups and downs in his thorny path to actually feel those emotions and for the first time he tried to think voluntarily also. I feel you never tried to understand how Grayson brain works but please do try to get to know he is a much more complex and beautiful character inside <3

I didnt actually read the novel. I saw someone say this on a reddit review. I am sorry I didnt know.
I don’t think he actually wants go burn the fire station, I think he’s just saying that because he doesn’t want to be there even though he promised to work there for a year

I am sorry i didnt know i difnt read the novel. I saw a reddit review and i thought that's how it was gonna be
I don't object to racism as a plot, but the way it's done feels somewhat forced or unnatural? With real world examples I feel like the author could've expressed it better.
