so from what i gathered from the 30 chapters it had out, Garon is an idol who has been failing to meet his company's expectations, he constantly refuses to cooperate and what not and just seems overall stressed out. urim has been a longtime fan of his and his devotion as a fan and care for garon leads to garon wanting to better himself.
he also falls in love with urim but lost his chance with urim got together with his crush jooyeol I think. but garon continues to train and work hard while occasionally chatting to urim to get motivation. urim supports him and develops a stable relationship with his boyfriend. but garon is continually facing harassment from either his colleagues or superiors and it makes him uncomfortable
urim buys a vr headset that includes a game/scenario featuring garon. he was a little discreet about it but jooyeol found out and felt jealous that urim was paying attention to garon but chalked up up to urim just being a fan boy. turns out the scenario was very suggestive which made urim worried and furious for garon. he wishes that during garon's busiest of times, he could spare a few minutes to talk to one another
at some point I think garon met up with urim to hang out and he gave him a letter? not sure if it was directly or in secret
jooyeol wants urim to meet his parent and they do but urim feels very apprehensive and uncomfortable with jooyeol's mom. turns out she did not approve of their relationship so on the ride back to urim's house, they talk a bit about what happened and urim heads up to his room. garon shows up wanting to meet urim.
jooyeol was concerned for urim and noticed there was a letter tucked between the car door and seat urim was sitting. he returns to urims apartment where he finds garon and urim hugging.
jooyeol confronts the two, especially garon because they had been long time friends until garon suddenly cut off contact. he accuses garon for going behind his back and backstabbing him. he's also upset with urim was keeping his relationship with garon a secret and being so close to him. (on one occasion, urim and jooyeol were on a date celebrating the first snow when garon called urim over and sung a song to him in a candlelit room)
jooyeol leaves. I think urim tries to chase after him but it is useless so he returns to his apartment. garon comforts urim saying that him leaving urim now would be cowardly. they sleep in separate rooms. urim next day prepares to go his campus to find jooyeol to apologize. on his way he sees a new article that reveals garon's secret. his likeness has been copied and digitalized, and for months he has been using this hologram to continue his idol activities. urim suddenly connects the dots as to why garon felt so upset about his idol career and why he was so keen to guard his secret.
urim skips classes to comfort garon. garon tries to say its okay but then reveals that thi

... this one rich tech guy signed a deal with garon's company and has now harassed and exploited garon which made him feel uncomfortable. urim resolves to help garon and garon seizes the moment to kiss urim who returns it. later on they discuss how to save garon from his situation and urim remembers jooyeol has connections to a media company i think? so he goes to the campus to seek jooyeols help. he first apologizes but jooyeol sees through the intentions and says he wont help. urim said his love for jooyeol was genuine and what not I forgot. anyways jooyeol returns his own ring and says with this everything is truly over for us. but i think he helps because garon was once his friend? and first love? Anyway the chapter ends with urim crying from the end of his relationship and garon comforting him.
apparently it ends in 31 chapters and the raws stop at 30? this is probably a rushed ending
there's a certain group of readers here that want to read stories where the tops have a preset/quick romantic attraction or obsession with the bottom. like the bottom isn't going to die if the top isn't madly obsessively inhumanely in love with him by chapter 10. just be patient, they're obviously end game and the top isn't cheating at all so what is there to hold him against for?
"Sighs fine... I made you this way. It's my fault not yours."
honestly I have two theories for why the author decided a new season. First they wanted to create a story but didn't want to go through publishing a whole new work so they decided to create a story mini arc with CBAW, the whole not wanting to publish is pretty common for authors but its usually for side couples
And my conspiracy theory is that BL manhwa has been blowing up like crazy so the author may have created a new season just to bring CBAW back to the spotlight while earning a bit of extra money.
Otherwise I just cant think of why an author would decide to retcon the developments of their characters and renegade the story's ending like this
