This is just a rant. My bestie has a man she has been with since highschool. And as a teenager, he was bright and mature and everything a girl could probably ask for. But since then, he lost his father, has been working since 18, and supports his family financially. And I agree that he pulled himself and his family out of very difficult times... almost(I think there's some loan still left to repay). I'll give him credits where it's due. But if u look at the man he is today, you would wanna slap a warning sign to his forehead and make a user manual for anyone interacting with him. And I swear his body fluids are mostly alcoholic beverages. And my friend is stuck in some emotional loop and it's hard to pull yourself completely out of a storyline u were living with a man after almost a decade. I don't know if she'll ever leave him (everything's complicated). But I'll continue to treat him like shit as long as he continues to be an active pain in her ass.
