The author is edging us with the latest chaps bruh I was so hoping that they'd meet I'm not really a fan of Hatano x mob mc since the mc thinks of him as a kid, like for instance he refers to him as a "dangerous brat" and he is lit on the same grade as mob mc's lil bro
But if they do end up together I hope that the development of their relationship is when Hatano is grown up cuz I'd be weirded out otherwise... ig it's cute that it's just a harmless crush for now and the mc is desperately avoiding his flags and clearly not interested in him
Other than that I'd also still enjoy it if the mc just ended up as a single cat-dad. Also more Minamoto crumbs please I beg

People never really change, the ML is still as cunning as ever even by the end of the story. An open ending but a suiting one for this kind of story, l hope that they never get back together again. Though I wished that someone pulled Shou out of this cycle of abuse or break it by himself, but no, his only friend that was aware of what the ML is like never intended to help him; he didn't give a fuck and stayed as a bystander who even found the situation amusing. Never reading this again but it was a good psychological read
