She thought about the consequences of ruining ML's career at that point of time. Yes shes wrong for what she recently said but lets remember they are in a heated argument, anything could be said in that situation that they might have second thoughts after calming down. Lets wait and understand them both. At the end of the day its was the evil Manager/CEO's fault.
