It is though, if you read ch 85 in which lee won and caesar were talking caesar was going to kill leonid after he kill dimitry since they both know that dimitry hired leonid after leewon and when leewon met with leonid he made a counter deal with him to assassinate/kill Caesar before he kill him(leewon) that way leewon is saved by caesar and caesar by dimitry. Also in ch 87 when caesar was hurt leewon said "if you die, I die as well", which can be taken romantically and very realistic/practical.
they didn't even showed what rrly happened kinda disappointed, felt like the ending was a bit rush
