If anyone is confused about Nanjo being suddenly being more assertive or looking at Mok like that I kinda saw that same behaviour before. If you remember from that scene when Mok and Nan were in the shower and were going at it but Mok felt bad and started crying bcz he didn't want Nanjo to think he was doing everything just to sleep with him again and Nanjo gives him that look then the chapter ends with him kissing Mok (kinda to shut him up but definitely not the first time he's given him that "look")
