Well, I also don't understand fully since I read the raw, the dude was kind of drunk then fell down to the ground while brought a box of chicken in plastic bag, the ML saw him and trying to help but the drunk dude being drunk threw the chicken to ML, the chicken box opened up and the chicken of red sauces got the ML clothes, the drunk dude getting up and say something while walking towards the ML then going straight to the ML and the ML hold him from falling , that's how the red sauce also got the drunk dude when ML caught him before passed out, it was the very moment MC saw them and misunderstood, the ML also shocked and dropped the dude to the floor when he saw MC before the MC running away

As someone who CLRD, I think the art is good too (since beginning), I like the grungy art style, and messy background. It make cleaning and redraw easy, no need to be perfect. Kekeke!

The mc gets mad and loses all trust in ml so he confronts him and they decide to take time apart. The ml gets smacked in the face with reality and starts groveling pathetically, after 1 year apart they get back together but he can't quite forgive himself yet, so he keeps on groveling even though they get back together. The novel is VERY clear on this basically being rape, and the reasons mc has for forgiving him after a whole year. It's also clear how much the ml regrets doing something so abominable. It's gonna take a while for the manhwa to get here though lol
