no he did feel pleasure from a young age but was abused and manipulated for years. that’s why he believes he was “born a slut” and is hyper sexual now, it’s due to the trauma that he experienced from a young age. technically it would be a mental condition because of the trauma, tho he’s navigating through it now and trying to accept his hyper sexuality and overcome the trauma
