Their situation is kind of unique. They are not a "couple", but they aren't "just" sex friends, either. If I understood correctly, he has been Jaeha's only male lover since high school. Jaeha might have stopped seeing him when he married, but went back to him as soon as he divorced his wife; so they have been together for two years already when Eunho and Jaeha reunite. That's what Eunho is thinking in this latest chapter, that he hates the fact "that another person" has intimate knowledge of Jaeha's lascivious behavior during sex.
