I already share this somewhere but I want to share it again.
There Egyptian god called Apesh his a turtle god of the night and some say his Khonshu son. But his considered a Evil god even a Demon because his Ra huge enemy. In the "Book of the Dead" (this where tons of Egyptian mythos from) Thoth quoted about him "May Ra live and turtle die". Apesh was created because ancient Egyptian have huge beef with turtle especially when the Greco-Roman period (the hate is already there before they ruled Egypt btw) they have mural where tons of turtle get crushed by their feet (poor guys ) the turtle was demonize over time like Seth, because before turtle was used for medicine and because of that they used symbolism health so much there's amulet used for wishing for good health. But they become so hated that they become the symbolism of evil.

What did the poor turtle did is beyond me

So compensate of what I'm missing here some fun fact I learn.

•Ancient Egyptian are the earliest people that celebrating birthdays granted only Pharaoh and Gods celebrate it
•Seth associated another Egyptian mythology creatures called Akhekh that is Egyptian version of dragon making Seth a dragon God
•The famous Egyptian Death Mask or Mask of Tutankhamun (the one gold mask in coffin that reference a lot in media) is inspired by Osiris face alot because his actually quite handsome in mythos

I found this while searching for Egyptian mythology. And there this Tumblr blog that have their take in Egyptian mythology. Sadly it not bl and it just askbox but it have more Egyptian gods and their world building

There's a fic in AO3 called Children of Horus by Midoriberry and the author doesn't just add Egypt mythology but Canaan and Mesopotamian mythology aswell and Orpheus version of Greek. You can tell the author is really passionate about mythology. It freature in they're other Ennead fics aswell.

And if you guys want more of r19 bonuses chapter read the other author AO3 called Mother of Gods but they have their own take on it
