ok i was jus a little confused with chapter 35 when those guys were bullying skylar… where they r wording him or like beating him up where they can’t see them i’m not sure :(
It was plenty explained that they were just beating him under his clothes where his mom couldn’t see. That’s why in the next chapter u see Skylar’s mom noticing the stains of blood on his shirt.
Skylar only had a kiss trauma.

It’s just to show u a motion picture and the assault (the action) of them beating him and them removing his shirt.
Why would they rape him if they're homophobic? The bullies were only physically assaulting Skylar, that's it.
