I understand a lot of you are upset about the cheating in the beginning. The reality is ines probably would’ve never had married carcel if it wasn’t for the cheating. If she knew he was loyal from the very beginning then she would’ve cancelled the marriage and tried to find someone else or escaped. It was because he cheated that she felt like the marriage would be perfect.
Also she slept with other guys too so I’m not really sure what the problem is. The point is once they got together they both stayed committed.

Ines absolutely hates it when Carcel tries to apologize about his past. The ones who hate Carcel for it are even funnier because Ines would hate their arse for hating Carcel. There is no compromise on that. She violently hates those who hates her husband or harms her husband. There’s no compromise on that. Even before she admitted her feelings, she was ready to ruin the soldiers at the banquet who talked maliciously against her husband. It will only get worse as she and Carcel grow closer. After all, she’s a true Valeztena who believes in vendettas.

I know I’m going to get a lot of hate for this but so be it. This manga just kind of sucked and here’s why I think so.
Why did it have to be that dramatic?? I just couldn’t take it seriously. I felt like it was just too far fetched. I do enjoy a story that is fantasy and just something you very likely could not see happening but this just felt out of line. I could not understand why the characters behaved the way they did.

God I love the art in this manga so much. Like the last panel I read, with their stares, like I had to stare at it for a few moments. It's just such a loving gaze. The attention to details always makes me feel like I'm looking at art piece instead of a cartoon.
The translation is kind of weird though, I don't really understand the last part in chapter 51.
I'm ngl I actually love how clueless these two useless lesbians are. Yes the characters can be immature and childish, and yes there's a lot of miscommunication between them, but honestly it's somewhat thrilling to read as a reader. There's been other stories where I grow so annoyed with the miscommunication between couples, but with this story I actually quite enjoy. I personally think the manga is great since it depicts how sometimes people act and fumble around when it comes to romantic relationships. It seems so obvious that these two people like each other and that they should just confess, but the thing is this stuff can happen irl too. There's people that should obviously be together but they don't out of doubting whether they're just overthinking signals from another person.
I also know people feel like the story drags on, but idk I think it actually progresses very nicely. It doesn't feel too rushed or too slow for me, and I know that's definitely an unpopular opinion.
