I really like how complex and deep the story is. The slow reveal is leaving me hanging and anxious but excited at the same time. Since the story is being narrated by Sylhan's POV, the mystery of his past is being unraveled to him slowly despite being surrounded by people who knows what happened to him.
It's also refreshing to see an ML that is not almighty. The trenches he has to go through to protect Sylhan. And Sylhan is not that helpless either. He tried to fight back and resist despite adversities. He's not perfect, but he's not an annoying damsel in distress either.
It's been a while since I found a bl manhwa with story and characters that has substance. (づ￣ ³￣)づ

Hyeonu is actually more scheming and smart than Ian. Ian took the aggressive direct route. But Hyeonu bid his time to rail in the MC. Poor uke. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Ikr. Like yeah, he did rub one out on Eunchong's face while asleep there's that. But he actually waited for the right moment to have his actual way with Eunchong. And look at the fruit of that scheme poor MC indeed cause he fell for it anyways.

I remember reading this as a teenager. Times I never really noticed or mind age gaps between characters. But as I turned into an adult, and learned about age of consent, I now find this kinda disturbing but honestly, the story is too sweet to be hated. (￣∇￣")
This is the only red flag top that is likable. Considering his circumstances and how he died more than 500 times, I'm amazed how he was able to kept his sanity intact and reflect on his heinous past actions. He almost turned to the obsessive top the system wants him to be but he manage to pull through. Its just that, this manhwa is too short and I'm craving for more. Did he manage to ditch the system? That's one question thats gonna bug me for a while (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
The ending feels so rushed. I'm happy they end up together but them being lovey dovey looks like its being forced. I dunno why but it just feels like that.

But honestly, if we are going to follow the logical side of the story, they should both get a counseling or therapy. Relationship aint enough to remove whatever trauma they have.
I've never read a manhwa that has an ML as toxic as Mr. Gu (I'm not gonna include the manhwas with psychotic ML since that is a different category all together). Cheongwoo is so beaten to submission,manipulated, intimidated, coerced and blackmailed that he accepted that running away is nigh impossible. And to the point he try to find a little bit of good and affection on Mr. Gu's actions. Poor Cheongwoo. （/TДT)/
I'm a sucker for obsessive tops with glowing eyes. Taekyoong is the sexiest top I've ever seen. Pls recommend me a manhwa with the same top

Same with the Boundary of Delusion MC. There’s also Moonlight/Lunacy, but that ones plot heavy and the smut doesn’t really happen until the last episode, and it’s on hiatus . I’ll come back if I think of more.
Low tide in twilight is one of the best ones, even the mls are quite similar, its even completed!
