After so many hurtful comments on X and in the "Motto ganbare..." section of this manga, I really don't understand why people are so sure of their conclusion. The manga never shows a direct romantic connection between Hirose and anyone, which is what makes it beautiful. Why? Because I see him as a boy who is still discovering himself. You see how he interacts a little differently with everyone, and everyone is so sure of their sexual orientation and who he's attracted to. Obviously, I understand that it's a BL (Boys' Love) series, which is what the men should be, but we won't know who throughout the entire series. Much less now because of people who judge before the animated ending or the future the author had planned for the series.
And the teacher thing, I'm really not going to judge it based on what it shows (which isn't much). Maybe I dont see anything weird because I've seen works like "The Great Professor Onizuka" or series like "Gokusen," where it shows how adults are in the personal space of the students but its to make these children's school years enjoyable and help them cope with the difficulties they face.
