Like. Robot character x parasitic Master.
That is an amazing idea!
But instead of focusing on that, we got regular rape...
That was so boring. I would have understood if the rape part was kept in, but shortened, because it was boring but did give the robot/ship reason to destroy everyone.
If one wanted to get some more messed up parts, it was right there with the Master killing the rescuers in cold blood and obviously having a robot at his beck and call, which is arguably toxic, especially if you add in that the robot regains its own thoughts over time since the Master is dormant for longer periods of time.
I just really like the premises of this author and then get disappointed with the execution. I still have a lot of respect for doing this at all, tho!
I just have high hopes that the author will still improve.
Idk. It wasn't really here nor there.
In terms of messed up themes, it also wasn't really ready to get into it.
Overall, an unsatisfying experience.
Edit: I realize now it's still ongoing, but that doesn't really change the fact that it weirdly dips into darker topics and then doesn't take them seriously or even fully applies them.
I'm at a loss for words
60 chapters of incredible storytelling and character development.
There were a few chapters in the middle, where I thought it was maybe dragging a little. But afterwards, I realize how good even those were, and how every bit was there to build the story around these two.
Very Incredible!
I'm so sorry. I get that a lot of the themes and content in this manga were sick and disturbing but I mostly laughed.
The random twists and how over the top everything was made it mostly funny to me. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
However, I did get bored, and I did skip chapter five for the most part, because, once you've read half of it, it's really obvious how it will continue. I did, however, also laugh at the warning for rape in only that chapter simply because a warning for one specific chapter implied that the rest wasn't rape? Crazy. And funny! xD
This was so good?!?!
I saw so many comments complaining, which actually made me read it to begin with, because the average readers on manga sites are idiots. Which made me think this one can't be too bad.
And it fucking wasn't! It was an awesome read! The comic was good. After a while, I was a little bored, or rather worried we wouldn't get any clues on what's going on anytime soon. But then the pacing actually picked up where it had to! Furthermore, the writing is amazing! There are so many good twist and not just one simple answer to all the questions, yet it all comes together without having you wonder what the fuck is going on.
Overall, a very comfortable read. Seeing how I'm more into really sick and messy stuff, this was a huge surprise! It was cute!
Also, the diffent types of media (i.e. forums, Emails, chats, newspapers etc.) was really cool!
As well as the shift in perspectives sometimes. It gave this something special amongst other works in the horror-gene.

That's what I'm talking about!
I knew this author had it in them!
Never back down; if you're already using all those dark tropes then lean into them at least!
