I think I can recommend you over 50 lmao
Here are a few:
1. 10 years where I loved you the most
2. At the end of the road (happy ending)
3. Killing stalking (its more horror but the ending has made every reader cry)
4. Banana fish (watch the anime)
5. Round trip to love (watch the movies, it has 2. There's also a manhua but the translation is awful and the manhua hasn't been updated in ages, you can even read the novel) (happy ending)
6. Sissy (happy ending)
7. Black lotus (happy ending)
8. Replacement (happy ending)
