I have noticed that some webtoons quality is grainy. I use 5 year old samsung tablet. When i use my new phone, quality is good. Is my tablet too old?

I would be interested to try cleaning the manga / manhwa from the text. Is there any information which group would need a cleaner? In fact, I read yaoi and isekai series.
